WASHINGTON, NC—Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington is set to open here on Friday, showcasing a new public space and guestroom design.
Located at 2090 West 15th St., the 86-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by New Age Properties Group LLC. It is 18 miles from Pitt Greenville Airport and close to the downtown area, as well as accessible to East Carolina University, Goose Creek State Park, the Washington Waterfront and the North Carolina Estuarium.
Upon arrival, design elements will include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance. The open public space will have natural light and views throughout the lobby to connect the indoors with the outdoors. Guestrooms will have a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave, as well as a workspace with an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets.
A complimentary hot breakfast will be available on the brand’s signature farm table. Additional amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor patio with fireplace and waterfall feature, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers 920 sq. ft. of space to accommodate up to 105 people.
