ORLANDO, FL—The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is set to open here today with the brand’s new public space and guestroom design.
Located at 3420 Lake Lynda Dr., the 112-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF Area will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by CJ University Hotel LLC and managed by Naples Hotel Group of Naples, FL. Situated 19 miles from Orlando International Airport and close to downtown, the hotel is accessible to CFE Arena, Bright House Networks Stadium and the University of Central Florida.
“Delivering both function and comfort, our new design and decor elevate the Fairfield brand, setting a new standard in the moderate tier category,” said Shruti Buckley, VP and global brand manager, Fairfield Inn & Suites. “At Fairfield Inn & Suites, we provide an easy, positive and productive travel experience, as well as the promise of consistent and reliable service at an exceptional value. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF Area is a truly stunning example of the brand’s contemporary new look and feel, and we are pleased with the continued growth of Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels in the Orlando area.”
Highlights include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance. Once inside, the open public space features natural light and views throughout the lobby where there is a natural color palette of greens, blues and oranges.
Designed to be flexible and functional, guestrooms include a well-designed work area, an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets. Inspired by nature, the rooms and suites place the living and working area near the window to allow for more natural light and views. Adding to the theme are organic patterns and colors, blending wood tones with bright pops of color.
Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with an expanded outdoor patio with fire pits and gas grills, an exercise room, free breakfast, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers 1,088 sq. ft. of space to accommodate functions of up to 100 people.
