HOUSTON—The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is scheduled to open tomorrow.
The 84-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Northwest will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Preeminent Hotels. This is the newest Fairfield Inn & Suites in the area to feature the brand’s new design and decor.
New design features include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and an inviting entrance. The hotel’s open public space features natural light and views throughout the lobby.
Featuring a natural color palette of green, blue and orange, the lobby area includes snack and breakfast options. It also has connectivity options, as well as a “connect and print” area that offers both standing and seated internet stations.
The guestroom includes a work area, an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets. The room decor features organic patterns and fresh colors, blending wood tones with bright pops of color. The new design also places the sleeping area toward the middle of the room. The living area also offers a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave.
Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, an exercise room, 1,200 sq. ft. of meeting space, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services.
