BELLE VERNON, PA—The Fairfield Inn & Suites Belle Vernon is scheduled to open on April 12. Located at 189 Finley Rd., the 76-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Mon Valley Development Co. LP and managed by Lodging Development Company Inc. of Greensburg, PA.
Design elements include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance. Once inside, there is an open public space with natural light and views throughout the lobby. In the lobby area, there is a vibrant, natural color palette of green, blue and orange. Focal points include a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair.
Guestrooms are flexible and functional, with a work area, an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets. Building on a natural design, the decor has organic patterns and blends wood tones with bright pops of color. The rooms are outfitted with a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave.
Amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services. A complimentary breakfast and a 24/7 Corner Market will be available.
