JOHNSON CITY, TN—The 90-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott here will open on May 19. Located at 3078 Hamilton Pl., the Fairfield Inn & Suites Johnson City will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Johnson City Hotel Partners, LLC and managed by Gibson Hotel Management of Knoxville, TN. The Gibson Hotel Management leadership team is comprised of GM Alan Martin and Director of Sales Brandy Crawford.
This is the first Fairfield Inn & Suites in the area to feature the brand’s new design and decor. The hotel is near Bristol Motor Speedway, the Great Smoky Mountains and the National Storytelling Festival. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi and 550 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 50 people.
