DETROIT LAKES, MN—Fairfield Inn & Suites Detroit Lakes is set to open here on Thursday. Located at 102 West Lake Dr., the 69-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by D.L. Hotel Partners.
Located directly across from the Detroit Lakes Beach, in the heart of the city, the property is accessible to Detroit Lakes Public Access and Beach, City Park, Detroit Lakes Pavilion, Soo Pass Ranch and numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
Upon arrival, design elements will include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance. The open public space will have natural light and views throughout the lobby to connect the indoors with the outdoors. Guestrooms will have a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave, as well as a workspace with an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets.
A complimentary hot breakfast will be available on the brand’s signature farm table. Other amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, an exercise room, a boardroom, guest laundry, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services.
