ESA Names New District Manager

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL- Extended Stay America has hired Gregg Weisz to act as a district manager, overseeing the operations of one of its Northeast districts which currently includes two hotels- an Extended StayAmerica Efficiency Studios in Danvers, MA and a StudioPLUS Deluxe Studios in Farmington, CT. In addition, Weisz will also oversee two Massachusetts-based properties that are currently under construction in Tewksbury and Westborough.
In his new position, Weisz will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing general managers, as well as managing the financial, administrative and operational standards of the hotels and promoting employee recognition programs.
Prior to his position at Extended Stay America, Weisz was a general manager of hotel development for Princeton Properties. (9/1/00)
