COLLEGE STATION, TX—The Hilton College Station & Conference Center here is the first new property to be managed as part of the joint venture announced last month between Sage Hospitality and Encore Hospitality.
Encore and Sage Hospitality, announced last month that they were forming a joint venture to acquire and manage premium brand hotel assets. The Hilton College Station, which Encore recently purchased – is the first hotel in that new partnership. Sage Hospitality has managed the hotel since 2004.
Sage Hospitality has also assumed the management of Encore’s five other hotel properties – the Hampton Inn San Antonio Sea World, the Radisson Memphis Airport, the Courtyard Biloxi North/D’Iberville in Mississippi, the Courtyard Spanish Fort in Alabama and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spanish Fort in Alabama.
