Eight-Property Management Deal for PM Hotel Group; More…

INTERNATIONAL REPORT—PM Hotel Group has added eight Hotels, while Groupe Alliance and Midas Hospitality have signed new management deals of their own. Here’s a look:

PM Hotel Group Adds 8 Properties

PM Hotel Group has added eight new hotels to its management portfolio after a deal for properties in the Philadelphia/Greater New Jersey region.

The eight-property contract includes premium-branded full- and select-service hotels. This contract caps off a robust year of growth for PM Hotel Group, the company reports, a year that also included the addition of two World of Hyatt Brands and the expansion of their independent and lifestyle collection, as well as the rebranding of a new flagship Marriott hotel in Old City Philadelphia. The company is under contract to open two additional hotels in the first weeks of the new year.

Hilton Signs Partnership with Groupe Alliance in Tunis

Hilton has signed a deal with the Groupe Alliance to return to Tunis, Tunisia. The new managementagreement confirms a flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts Property in the coastal suburb of Gammarth.

An extensive renovation of Le Palace hotel will now see the property re-brand as Hilton Tunis Gammarth in 2023. A phased renovation of all guestrooms, suites and public spaces (including F&B outlets) will begin in 2021. Once complete the hotel will have  296 guestrooms and 25 suites, seven F&B outlets and meetings facilities including a 2,000-sq-ft. ballroom.

Midas Hospitality to Manage Two Tulsa Hotels

Midas Hospitality recently added two Oklahoma hotels to its management operations.

The two Hilton properties are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites.  Both are situated in Broken Arrow, OK, which is the largest suburb of Tulsa. Midas Hospitality also manages an Aloft in Tulsa, OK, and the Hampton Inn in Duncan, OK.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a 107-room hotel, 13 miles from downtown Tulsa and the airport. The 99-suite Homewood Suites has an outdoor pool and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
