ATLANTA Edgecliff Holdings reduced its offer for hotel owner/operator Lodgian on December 11 from $5 per share to $4.75 per share. The revision was made after Edgecliff reviewed Lodgians financial information. At $.25 less, the proposal led by William Yung of Edgecliff is still more than the $4.50 per share offer from Whitehall Real Estate Limited Partnership. Lodgians stock closed on December 11 at $3.44, up $.06. (12/12/00)
