RALEIGH, NC—A combined 128-room Courtyard hotel and 128-suite Residence Inn hotel here is now open for business. Located at 10600 Little Brier Creek Ln., the property is owned and managed by SREE Hotels of Charlotte, NC.
Located five miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the hotels offer access to Brier Creek and Research Triangle Park, and are centrally situated between North Carolina State University, Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill.
The five-story property share an indoor saltwater pool, a fitness center and 3,500 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 250 people. Courtyard’s Bistro, which includes a full bar, is also accessible to guests from both hotels.
