NEW YORK—Dream Hotel Group has appointed Christian Glauser-Benz as VP of development for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Glauser-Benz brings nearly 15 years of experience in hotel development and portfolio expansion and a global network of relationships with real estate developers, capital groups and private investors to Dream Hotel Group.
Dream Hotel Group—Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels brands—encompasses three business lines: proprietary brands, hotel management and dining and nightlife. In this role, Glauser-Benz will be responsible for driving the company’s four lifestyle hotel brands into Latin America and the Caribbean markets.

Dream Hotel Group has secured $1.5 billion in new hotel development with nine hotels opening in new destinations worldwide by 2020, including Dream Hollywood, Unscripted Durham, Dream Oceanami Villas & Spa, Dream Nashville, Dream Dallas, Dream Palm Springs, The Chatwal Maaga Maldives, Dream Gasveli Maldives and Dream Doha. The company plans to sign more than 150 hotels and resorts worldwide across all its brands—Dream, Time, The Chatwal and Unscripted—over the next four years.
