NORCROSS, GA— A joint venture between AEW Partners V, LP and the Dow Hotel Co., LLC has acquired the 272-room Hilton Atlanta Northeast here from an undisclosed seller. The sale price was also not revealed. Prior to the purchase, Dow Hotel Co. operated the property and will continue to do so as part of a long-term agreement. Located at 5993 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., the asset will now be renovated at a cost of several million dollars. The property will remain a Hilton brand when the project is finished. The hotel contains 22,000 sf of meeting space.
