MIAMI— The Doubletree Grand Hotel here has completed a $5-million renovation of its guestrooms and meeting space. Located on Biscayne Bay within the 42-story Grand Condominium and Commercial Center in Miami’s performing arts district, the hotel has 152 guestrooms and 8,400 sf of meeting space. Miami design firm ba-haus/KNF led the renovation project, which included the refurbishing of the guestrooms with pillowtop mattresses, down-filled duvets, executive desks and marble bathrooms. Additionally, guestrooms now have high-speed Internet access, and there is WIFI access throughout the building, business center and meeting space.
