MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Worldwide’s DoubleTree by Hilton brand is rolling out a new premium room concept called the ‘Little Extras Upgrade.’

The newly launched concept allows participating hotels the option to create ‘Little Extras Rooms’ on one or more floors of the property, which include the amenities of DoubleTree by Hilton’s standard rooms plus added benefits such as premium in-room WiFi, access to snacks and beverages and a premium in-room coffee brewer. The new feature is available to guests for a nominal fee and is currently being rolled out to DoubleTree hotels in the Americas.

“Through the program we’re allowing hotels to create a more rewarding guest experience by offering extras that can make their stay more enjoyable, while also driving profitability for our owners,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. “At DoubleTree by Hilton, we believe it’s the little things that make the biggest impact for both our guests and owners. We work closely with each to ensure we’re leveraging their valuable feedback to offer a fresh, relevant approach to the hotel experience, and this initiative is just one of the ways we’re delivering on that commitment.”

The ‘Little Extras Upgrade’ is priced at a rate of $25-$35 per room, per night.
