DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Downtown Sold for $42.1M

ATLANTA—Legacy Property Group has acquired the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Downtown for $42.1 million from an undisclosed global private equity firm.

Hunter Hotel Advisors represented the seller of the 312-room, full-service hotel.

Legacy plans to invest $12 million to renovate the hotel and its restaurant while retaining the DoubleTree flag, according to Hunter Hotel Advisors.
