ATLANTA—DC Hospitality has added veteran brokerage specialist Kimberley Glover as VP, hotel sales and acquisitions.

The hotel brokerage firm, based here, handles properties nationwide. Glover has more than 18 years of experience in real estate sales and valuation, including both conventional and lender-owned REO properties.

She most recently managed a team of five full-service brokerage specialists, working directly with Fannie Mae, as well as institutions such as CitiMortgage, Keystone Asset Management, Bank One and Premiere Asset Services (PAS).

DC Hospitality is currently recruiting experienced and qualified brokers, with the expectation of opening offices in Washington, DC, Chicago, Orlando and either Houston or Dallas.
