ATLANTA—David Perrin, who worked at Hunter Hotel Advisors in 2011 and left in 2015 to work at InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) as a business development manager, has rejoined the company.
Perrin will rejoin the investment sales team as a VP and will be actively involved in all aspects of the company’s hotel brokerage and capital market advisory services. At IHG, he worked with developers to identify target opportunities. Previously at Hunter, David helped to close more than 40 hotel transactions representing approximately $250 million in total value.
Prior to joining Hunter, David worked for CB Richard Ellis in their Investment Properties Institutional Sales office in Dallas.
