FAIRFAX, VA—Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC will manage the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington – Legal District.
The 217 guestroom, full-service hotel recently completed an extensive renovation and was purchased by ASAP International Holdings, Inc.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington is located in the city’s legal and financial district. Close to downtown Wilmington, the hotel is located in proximity to The Grand Opera House, Longwood Gardens, Winterthur Gardens and Nemours Gardens, The Delaware History Museum, The DuPont Theater, World Café Live and Christiana Mall.
Each of the hotel’s guestrooms and suites offer amenities including DoubleTree’s Sweet Dreams Bedding, 37-in. HDTV, refrigerator, an in-room safe, a desk and an ergonomic desk chair, as well as high-speed wireless Internet access.
With over 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, the hotel features two Law Centers, providing 3,200 and 3,400 sq. ft. of functional workspace for out-of-town law firms preparing for trial. The 9,306-sq.-ft. Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests, and the hotel has several other meeting rooms and boardrooms for smaller meetings.
Other amenities include the heated indoor swimming pool, the fitness center, the Metro Café and the Metro Lounge.
