Crestline Hotels & Resorts and Springboard Hospitality have added to their portfolios with hotels on the East Coast. Here’s a look.

Crestline to manage Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has been selected to manage the 130-guestroom Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown in South Carolina.

Located in downtown Greenville, guests are close to award-winning restaurants and bars, along with exciting events, festivals and entertainment throughout the year. The hotel is near Falls Park on the Reedy, Main St., the Peace Center and Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Each of the 130 guestrooms is furnished with plush beds, a Cozy Corner with sofa-sleeper, blackout curtains and contemporary bathrooms. For special events and meetings, the hotel offers 2,800 sq. ft. of conference space. For dining, guests may enjoy a complimentary breakfast bar, as well as an evening menu. The lobby bar features a selection of alcoholic beverages. Additional hotel amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, complimentary WiFi and on-site parking.

Springboard Hospitality welcomes Florida property with Continental Hospitality Group
Springboard Hospitality, a hospitality management company with 38 independent and branded properties throughout the U.S., has added The Neptune Resort in Fort Myers Beach, FL to its growing portfolio. With Springboard Hospitality’s hotel management platform, The Neptune Resort will continue to thrive as a beach sanctuary on the Gulf Coast.

A vacation favorite for more than 40 years, The Neptune Resort sits directly on the white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach, FL with 71 suites, two heated pools and spectacular sunsets. A gateway to the sportsman’s paradise of West Florida, the resort is close to Southwest Florida International Airport and near world-class golfing, fishing and MLB spring training.

The Neptune Resort joins Springboard Hospitality through a partnership between Continental Hospitality Group and Springboard Investment Advisors, the recently established investing and advisory affiliate of Springboard Hospitality. The closing of The Neptune Resort acquisition marks the culmination of a successful first year of operation for Springboard Investment Advisors, which advised on investments in Jackson, WY; Denver; Kona, HI and Maui, HI.
