Crestline to Manage Four Hotels
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has been appointed to manage four additional hotels: the 112-guestroom Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland in Orlando, FL; the 78-guestroom Courtyard Asheville; the 88-guest suite SpringHill Suites Asheville in Asheville, NC; and the 105-guestroom Courtyard Athens Downtown in Athens, GA.
The Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland, Orlando, FL is located in the Maitland Business Center and close to downtown Orlando, Pembrook Commons, Maitland Preserve, Maitland Summit Park, the Orlando International Airport and the RDV SportsPlex. The property has 550 sq. ft. of meeting space, food and beverage options, a pool and an exercise room.
The Courtyard Asheville was recently renovated and is located close to Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville, Asheville Regional Airport and the Blue Ridge Parkway. In addition, there are food and beverage options, a fitness center and an indoor pool and spa.
The SpringHill Suites Asheville is also recently renovated and close to the same local landmarks. The hotel has food and beverage options, an indoor pool and a fitness center.
The Courtyard Athens Downtown is newly renovated in downtown Athens, close to the University of Georgia and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). There’s food and beverage options, a business center, 828 sq. ft. of meeting space, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
Olympia Hotel Management Adds to Portfolio
Olympia Hotel Management (OHM) has added the Best Western University Inn to its third-party portfolio. Located adjacent to and owned by St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, the hotel adjoins The Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course at St. Lawrence University, which OHM will also manage.
The Best Western University Inn features food and beverage options, a business center, 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, a pool and a fitness center. The property is also close to Clarkson University and Corning Incorporated. Area attractions include the Eisenhower Locks and St. Lawrence Seaway.
Marin Management Selected to Lead Chico Hotel Rebranding
Marin Management Inc. has added its first hotel management contract for 2020. Currently named the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chico, the hotel will rebrand to DoubleTree by Hilton Chico this spring. Located 90 miles north of Sacramento, near California State University’s Chico campus, the hotel has an on-site restaurant and 6,000 sq. ft. of event space.
