PHILADELPHIA—Crescent Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia/Ft. Washington, which was recently fully renovated. The 146-room Hilton Garden Inn is located just off I-276 near corporations such as McNeil Pharmaceutical, Tyco and the Greater Philadelphia EXPO Center, and a SEPTA regional train station.

Crescent will manage the entire operations of the hotel. This includes the overnight guest experience, as well as more than 6,000 sq. ft. of event space with meeting and function rooms for up to 200 guests. Crescent will also manage the food and beverage services, including the Great American Grill serving breakfast, dinner and evening room service. Additional amenities include an outdoor patio with fire pit, fitness center, indoor pool, 24-hour Pavilion Pantry, a 24-hour business center and WiFi access throughout the hotel.
