MT. PLEASANT, MI—Courtyard by Marriott Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan University is scheduled to open on July 13.
Located at 2400 East Campus Dr., the 148-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Mt. Pleasant Hospitality and managed by Lodgco Management of Mt. Pleasant. The property is on the Central Michigan University campus, and is also near Soaring Eagle Casino, Kelly/Shorts Stadium and Buck’s Run Golf Course.
The six-story hotel features an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry, as well as 6,200 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 250 people. The hotel also has the Sigma hospitality suite with a balcony overlooking the Central Michigan University campus.
