NEW YORK- A new alliance between Carlson Hospitalitys Country Inns & Suites and Oinke Inc., a web-based financial solutions provider, will allow current and potential franchisees to source loans up to $500 million for real estate, equipment and other business financing.
Living on the CI&S website, the financial page offers 75 applications loan seekers can complete online, then puts the requests out to a network of 150 lenders to bid on in a secured environment. According to Oinke, a minimum of five lenders will examine loan applications, with at least two submitting bids based on matching criteria. (11/13/00)
