ROCHESTER, NY—Country Inns & Suites by Carlson has signed a hotel here which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2014.
To be owned and operated by The Top Deal Corporation of Rochester, NY, the hotel will offer 68 guest rooms and features a business center.
