LOS ANGELES— Colony Capital, LLC, which yesterday announced it is acquiring Raffles Holdings, plans to retain both the Raffles and Swissotel brands. Despite industry speculation that it would sell individual properties acquired in the $1 billionpurchase, Colony executives maintain they are going to retain and even expand the Raffles portfolio under its existing brands.
