PECOS, TX—Cobblestone Hotels broke ground on the Cobblestone Inn and Suites here, bringing its hotel count to three in Texas.

“As our brand expands, communities like Pecos, TX, are ideal for our growth” stated Brian Wogernese, president of Cobblestone Hotels, LLC. “Our brand focuses on communities that are underserved. Pecos has hotels and motels but is in great need of upper-midscale accommodations, as well as accommodations as a whole.”

Cobblestone Hotels currently has multiple hotels under development in Texas, according to the company.

The Cobblestone Inn and Suites will be located on IH-20 and feature guestrooms and whirlpool suites, and amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators, coffee service, free high-speed Internet and flat-panel televisions in each room.

The hotel also will feature a beer and wine bar, meeting room, exercise equipment, guest laundry facility and convenience store. A complimentary hot breakfast bar and weekday newspaper will be available daily as well.
