GREENBELT, MD—Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company has signed a third-party management contract for the 60-room Comfort Inn in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

The Comfort Inn North Myrtle Beach is near Golden Strand, Big M Casino and Sun Cruz Aquafina. Guestrooms feature refrigerators and microwaves. Amenities include free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck.
In addition to this hotel, Coakley & Williams signed management contracts with 17 additional hotels in the past 12 months including Radisson Rockville, MD; Comfort Suites Bloomsburg, PA; La Quinta Union City, GA; Daytona Beach Resort Hotel & Suites, Daytona Beach, FL; Hotel Sutter, Sutter Creek, CA; Sleep Inn Dumfries, VA; Barton Hill Hotel & Spa, Lewiston, NY; and Holiday Inn Warren, PA.
