City of Alexandria Opens First Home2 in Louisiana

MCLEAN, VA—Home2 Suites by Hilton Alexandria has opened, marking the brand’s entry into Louisiana.

Managed by Gap Hotels, the 89-suite hotel is located near the Alexandria Cultural Arts District, home to the Alexandria Museum of Art, which is on the National Historic Register. Nearby attractions also include Alexandria Mall and Kent Plantation House.

The hotel offers all-suite accommodations featuring fully equipped kitchens and modular furniture allowing for guests to personalize their room, according to the brand. The hotel also features complimentary internet, community spaces and trademark Home2 Suites amenities such Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast. The hotel also has a heated indoor pool and outdoor patio with a grill area. Most Home2 Suites properties are also pet-friendly.
