PLAINFIELD, IL—Cicero’s Development Corp., a property renovation contractor specializing in the hotel industry, has been awarded renovation contracts for a Residence Inn by Marriott located outside of Chicago’s Midway Airport and a Staybridge Suites in Oklahoma City.
The Residence Inn Chicago Midway Airport will receive a full-scale renovation throughout its five floors, consisting of 132 guestrooms, lobby area and meeting space. Updates in the guest suites will include new paint, carpeting and furniture, along with new wallpaper and artwork throughout the hallways and public areas. The fitness center will also be updated.
In the Staybridge Suites, completed in late December, Cicero’s resurfaced the interior of the hotel whirlpool, provided general maintenance repairs to the pool area, and added an outdoor living area complete with soft seating and gas fire pit in the hotel courtyard.
