ROCKVILLE, MD—Choice Hotels International Inc. has signed agreements for the development of two Cambria properties—one in Bremerton, WA, and the other in Bettendorf, IA.

Cambria Hotel Bremerton Island

Located at 232 Washington Ave., the five-story, 121-room Cambria Hotel Bremerton Island will be part of a mixed-use waterfront development on Marina Square. Choice signed the agreement with Sound West Group.

Slated to open in 2019, the Cambria Hotel Bremerton Island will have a rooftop deck with 180-degree views of the Puget Sound, multifunction meeting space, a center, a pool and spa, and underground parking. The hotel will also include contemporary on-site dining.

Cambria Hotel Bettendorf

Frontier Hospitality Group will develop the first Cambria hotel in Iowa. The four-story, 108-room Cambria Hotel Bettendorf will be located at the intersection of Middle Rd. and Forest Grove Rd. It is scheduled to open in 2019.

The property will be part of the 75-acre TBK Bank Sport Complex BettPlex and High Five family entertainment center, and is proximate to the Quad City International Airport.
