GREENBELT, MD—Chesapeake Hospitality has added management of three properties during the first quarter of 2015—the Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre-East Mountain, Days Inn Harrisburg North and Fenwick Inn—to its growing management portfolio.

The 152-room Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre-East Mountain in Wilkes Barre, PA, recently completed a multimillion- dollar renovation and franchise rebranding. The property’s unique resort-style amenities and 6,000 sq. ft. of function space have established it as the preeminent hotel in the Wilkes Barre area.
The Days Inn Harrisburg North in Harrisburg, PA, offers 115 rooms and long-term stay suites located in the state capital city of Harrisburg, convenient to nearby Hershey Park. Both Pennsylvania properties are both owned by Lancaster, PA-based The Manor Group.
The Fenwick Inn, located in Ocean City, MS, owned by Washington, DC-based real estate investment firm A&M Investments, offers 198 guestrooms, an indoor pool and panoramic rooftop dining, while being located to nearby beaches and attractions.
