NEW YORK – Cendant Corp. has appointed Peter West Menges as senior vp/integrated marketing and media. Menges will report to John Chidsey, chairman/CEO of Cendants Direct Marketing Division and Diversified Services, and will be responsible for corporate and entertainment marketing as well as sponsorship and media.
Prior to joining Cendant, Menges was senior vp of Fastwired, an Internet accelerator providing seed capital as well as sales, marketing and business development services to early stage Internet companies. His duties included working with portfolio companies to refine business and revenue models, developing sales and marketing strategies, and forging key strategic alliances. (10/27/00)
