WAUKESHA, WI— CSM Pewaukee, LLC has acquired the Marriott Milwaukee West here from Columbia Properties Milwaukee, LP. CB Richard Ellis Hotels spoke for the seller in the deal. The four-year old Marriott contains 282 rooms and is located at W231 N1600 Corporate Court. The 421,896-square foot asset is six stories tall and includes a restaurant, a lounge, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, a gift shop and 13,000 square feet of meeting space. The sale price was undisclosed.
