BELTSVILLE, MD— The Carlyle Group has selected Lazer Lodging Asset Management as the asset manager of the 205-room Sheraton College Park Hotel here. Carlyle has a controlling interest in a venture that recently bought the Sheraton College Park. Crescent Hotels & Resorts is the hotel’s manager. The owners of the Sheraton will now conduct a $4-million renovation of the property during the next six months.
