WASHINGTON—Canopy by Hilton and a joint venture between The Buccini/Pollin Group and Federal Realty have broken ground on the Canopy by Hilton Washington, DC Bethesda North.
Slated to open in the fall of 2017, the 177-room hotel, which includes 23 suites and two three-bay Presidential suites. It is located at the center of Pike & Rose, a new mixed-use development featuring a blend of restaurants, retailers and live performance venues.
