ENUMCLAW, PA—Boomerang Hotels has signed an agreement with Bassi Enterprises, Inc. to convert the 40-room Park Center Hotel here to a GuestHouse International brand hotel.

The property is currently under development, with interior and exterior upgrades planned as part of the conversion.

“We are excited to welcome Bassi Enterprises, Inc. to GuestHouse International,” stated Brendan Watters, CEO of Boomerang Hotels. “We are seeing wonderful growth in this region. This is the second property to open in Washington within less than a month, and we currently have three others in development in the Pacific Northwest.”
