HENDERSONVILLE, TN—Boomerang Hotels has signed an agreement with Wisconsin-based Capital City Hotel Group, LLC for a new-construction, 90-room GuestHouse International Inn & Suites in Bismarck, ND.
Scheduled to begin construction during the first quarter of 2014, the hotel will feature an indoor pool, business center and fitness center.
ROI Hospitality, Inc. will manage the hotel. It also manages and operates the GuestHouse International Inn & Suites in Sioux Falls, SD.
