LONGWOOD, FL— Longwood, FL-based Big Apple Wallcovering, Inc. is planning on raising $100,000 for the Hurricane Katrina American Red Cross Emergency Fund. Customers of the company can partner with Big Apple in the fund-raising effort by adding up to 5% more on their invoice totals, which will be matched by Big Apple as a relief contribution. Furthermore, if any Big Apple customers are working on any projects that will directly help the hurricane victims or their businesses, the vendor will discount its products by 20% as a contribution to that effort. And during September, Big Apple will also donate 5% of all purchase order amounts received to the relief fund.
