PHOENIX—Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites is now open in Leduc, Alberta. This is the first of the brand in the city.
The property underwent a three-year renovation with $4.5 million in property enhancements. The hotel’s theme is modern and sophisticated, with local flare. The hotel has intricate woodwork, rich colors and lighting throughout the guestrooms and public space.
Amenities include a morning breakfast buffet, fitness room, hot tub and two on-site restaurants. The hotel also offers 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
The hotel is located near the Edmonton Capital District, Nisku Industrial Park, Leduc Industrial Park and Ritchie Brothers Auction.
