CHARLOTTE, NC- Banc of America Securities LLC (BAS) recently acted as sole arranger of a $200 million loan to Forest City Ratner Companies, an affiliate of Forest City Enterprises. Proceeds were used to finance two newly constructed hotels in New York City: the 463-room Embassy Suites New York City and the 444-room Hilton Times Square.
BAS worked in conjunction with Financial Structures Limited, a Bermuda-based corporation which specializes in offering financial solutions for structured finance transactions. (10/27/00)
