IRVINE, CA—Auction.com, LLC, has rounded out its new hospitality division with senior leaders who will oversee the company’s lodging business in six regions.
Industry veteran Anthony Falor serves as managing director of the National Hospitality Group..
“A big part of success in hospitality real estate is understanding your territory and building strong relationships within your regional network, particularly brokers and sellers,” stated Falor. “We’ve hand-selected seasoned experts who have long-standing relationships and deep knowledge of the regional markets they serve.”
Auction.com’s new Hospitality Group leadership team includes:
• Mike Kelly, West: Prior to joining Auction.com, Kelly was VP/franchise development with Wyndham Hotel Group, where he directed development teams on both coasts for 18 years;
• Craig Frazier, Southwest: Frazier previously led franchising and hotel development for Wyndham Hotel Group in North Texas and Louisiana;
• Mark Sutton, Northeast: With more than 26 years of hospitality industry experience, Sutton’s franchise sales success included work with Days Inn, Choice, Cendent, Red Roof and USFS. He also has hotel management knowledge as a business development manager for GF Hotels.
• Tom Woodward, Midwest: During his 25 years of hospitality experience, Woodward has gained broad expertise of operations, development, branding and brokerage. He provided hotel brokerage and advisory services to owners, servicers, lenders and investors with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and Hodges Ward Elliott.
• Keith Worsham, Mid-Atlantic: During 25 years of experience in hotel development and franchising, Worsham has overseen franchise agreements for Days Inn, Ramada, Howard Johnson and Red Roof Inn.
• Scott Zanato, VP/business development, Deep South: During 18 years in franchise development with Wyndham Worldwide, Zanato averaged more than $10 million in annual sales by organically growing a network of relationships within the hospitality brokers, owners and management companies, according to Auction.com.
