MILL VALLEY, CA—Auberge Resorts announced today that Craig T. Reid, president of Hotel Operations, Americas, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, will join the company as president and CEO.

Reid, who oversaw a region of more than 40 hotels and resorts during a career with Four Seasons that spanned three decades, will lead Auberge Resorts as it expands internationally through new projects in the U.S., the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Reid will report to current CEO and founder Mark Harmon, who will assume the role of managing partner.

“Craig Reid’s experience, knowledge and relationships will be a game-changer for us,” stated Harmon. “His impressive career spanning all aspects of hotel development and management makes him exceptionally suited for this role. Craig represents the best of the best: not only is he a superb businessman at the height of his game, he is also highly respected for his leadership and character. I couldn’t be more pleased that he is joining our team.”

Reid was most recently responsible for setting the strategic direction for Four Seasons hotels in Canada, the U.S. and Latin America, a region that spanned seven time zones. He had held the title of president of Hotel Operations, Americas, since 2011.

Reid will join Auberge Resorts as the company recently secured a strategic investment from Friedkin Capital Partners to expand its presence internationally through new projects in the U.S., the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and Africa.
