AT&T Acquires Hotel Wi-Fi Provider

NEW YORK— AT&T, Inc., has acquired Wayport, Inc., a provider of wireless network to businesses including many hotel companies for $275 million. Among Wayports lodging clients are Marriott, Four Seasons, and Wyndham.
