DALLAS, TX—Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (AHP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per diluted share for the company’s common stock for the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2013. The dividend is payable on Jan. 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31, 2013.
The board also approved the company’s dividend policy for 2014. The company expects to pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share for 2014, or $0.20 per share or annualized basis.
In addition, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the company’s common stock for the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2013. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on Jan. 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31, 2013.
The board also approved the company’s dividend policy for 2014. The company expects to pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share for 2014, or $0.48 per share on an annualized basis.
