CHICAGO—Arbor Lodging Partners has completed three property renovations. The select-service hotels were previously acquired by Arbor Lodging Partners and are managed by its management affiliate, Arbor Lodging Management.
Located at 510 Lewelling Blvd., San Leandro California, the 119-room hotel is centrally located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area. The $4-million renovation of the hotel brought extensive updates to the its guestrooms and public spaces. The updated guestrooms feature new furniture, fixtures, and décor, along with completely new bathrooms including new vanities, lighting, and flooring.
These rooms bring a new California mid-century modern aesthetic. The Hilton Garden Inn’s public spaces also saw a complete refresh as Arbor created new seating areas for guests to gather in the common area; and a rebuilt food and beverage area with a new bar, seating, and convenience shop. The newly updated food and beverage space is a welcomed addition for corporate and leisure guests to enjoy.
The hotel is located minutes from the Oakland International Airport and is within easy reach of the businesses and attractions of Oakland, Alameda, Emeryville, San Leandro, Hayward and Fremont.
The 123-room Staybridge Suites is located within the Landerbrook Corporate Park in Mayfield Heights, OH at 6103 Landerhaven Dr., a the suburb of Cleveland. The upscale extended-stay hotel is located directly across from Landerhaven, a 40,000-sq.-ft meetings and event space, near many corporate offices, and in close proximity to leisure attractions in Cleveland.
Bringing an updated experience to guests, Arbor Lodging executed a $4.5 million renovation of the hotel. The guestroom renovations are comprehensive and include new furniture, new kitchens (including new stainless-steel appliances) and renovated bathrooms. The rooms are modern yet comfortable and designed with the extended-stay customer in mind to make guests feel at home.
The Staybridge’s public spaces are completely renovated and include the lobby, seating areas, business center, breakfast area, meeting spaces and fitness center. Arbor Lodging rebuilt the F&B area to include new buffet bars and seating to make the space feel comfortable for guests looking to use the space for leisure or business.
Located at 710 N. Old World 3rd St. in downtown Milwaukee, Arbor Lodging’s renovation of the Fairfield Inn & Suites brings $1.5 million in improvements to the centrally-located historic hotel. The 103 guestrooms, public spaces and corridors underwent a complete transformation with new furniture, flooring, lighting, artwork and more. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is steps away from numerous corporate offices, the newly constructed Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center (home of the Milwaukee Bucks), The Hop MKE, Milwaukee’s restaurant and entertainment scene, the famed Milwaukee Art Museum, , Marquette University, and other top city attractions.
