CHICAGO—Arbor Lodging Partners has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek through an affiliate.
Located in West Des Moines, IA, this acquisition is Arbor Lodging’s fourth Marriott-branded hotel purchased in the last 24 months. The 102-room upscale property will be managed by Arbor Lodging Partners’ affiliate Arbor Lodging Management, formerly NVN Hotels.
The hotel has spacious guestrooms and a hotel lobby with seating options from intimate media pods to large tables. The Bistro serves Starbucks coffee and made-to-order breakfast as well as soup, salad, sandwiches or pizza. There is also a lounge, indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center.
It is adjacent to Jordan Creek Town Center shopping and a short distance from area businesses such as Wells Fargo Headquarters, Des Moines International Airport, Nestle, Athene, Principal Financial, Unity Point Health, DuPont Pioneer, Hy-Vee and Nationwide.
