Aqua Hotels Adds Another Waikiki Property To Managed Portfolio

WAIKIKI BEACH, HI— Aqua Hotels & Resorts has added the Island Colony hotel here to its management portfolio. Aqua has now added five Waikiki hotels to the portfolio this year. The 740-room, 44-story Island Colony is located at 445 Seaside Ave. and will be a part of Aqua’s Lite collection. Each of the guestrooms now features the AquaKit, which includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker, as well as a lanai. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and sundeck, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and coin-operated washers and dryers. The Island Colony will now be known as the Aqua Island Colony.
