CHANHASSEN, MN—AmericInn has signed a new property in Sibley, IA.
Utilizing AmericInn’s Generation 4 prototype design, AmericInn Sibley is being developed by Minneapolis-based Apollo Development on behalf of a group of local investors. The property will be managed by Three Rivers Hospitality Management, a sister company to AmericInn.
This AmericInn hotel will feature a pub serving drinks and light appetizers, refreshment bar, swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness room, hotel-wide internet access and the signature AmericInn hospitality service.
“This location adds to our already strong AmericInn system which includes over 200 hotels across 24 states,” said Paul Kirwin, AmericInn president and CEO.
Recently, AmericInn has opened new properties in Schaumburg, IL, just outside of Chicago; Oklahoma City; Petoskey, MI; Hawley, MN; Burnsville, MN; Bloomington West, MN; Waupun, WI; Fargo South, ND; Hartford, SD and Black River Falls, WI.
