WINONA, MN—AmericInn Winona has opened. The hotel is the 61st in the state for the brand, which now has more than 200 locations open or in development across 21 states.
The new 70-room property has a pub serving drinks and light appetizers, a refreshment bar, an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, an exercise room, guest laundry and internet access.
The hotel is owned by Pelzer Hospitality LLC and will be managed by Three Rivers Hospitality—a sister company to Northcott Hospitality, owner of the AmericInn brand. The lead contractor was Truline Construction LLC.
